- Smoking, Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the Hostel premises
- Students must keep the Rooms clean. Defacing walls, equipment, furniture etc., is strictly prohibited.
- Students must turn off all the electrical equipment & lights before leaving their rooms.
- Students are not allowed to organize any group activities in their room.
- Students are not allowed to use electric stoves, heaters etc in rooms.
- Students are only allowed to use DC Air Cooler in summer with additional charges.
- Any complaints regarding electric equipment, plumbing etc., is required to be entered in the ‘Complaints Book’.
- Students should not enter rooms of other students without permission.
- Strict silence shall be observed in the hostel from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.
- No outsiders are allowed for night stay due to the severe situation of the territory.
- Hostel Service providers will not be responsible in case of anything stolen.
- Use/possession of drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Loud music disturbance is not allowed.
- Any kind of Weapons are not allowed in any case.
- Shouting and hooting is not allowed for creating disturbance.
- There should be no community complains and dispute against students.
- In case of leaving the hostel inform one month before the eviction.
- Hostel security will be return after one month of leaving date.
- All the record of students including name, room no and address etc will be given to police station as they demand.
- The gate of the hostel shall be closed at 10 P.M. No student is allowed to leave or enter the hostel after 10:00 P.M.–timings should be strictly followed.
